Longboards East Beach

We love sitting outside at Longboards. Their food is very good as is the service. It really is super nice sitting on the water in the harbor. We've probably been there 20+ times and will continue to go. Overall everything is great. Our only complaint is that the service suffers a little when it's busy. That can be said of anywhere though. In our most recent trip, we had a wonderful waitress named Jill. Unfortunately, after she had taken our order, another waitress also tried to take our order. When we told her that we already had a waitress, she got really upset and gave us an attitude. She even actually slammed an order of nachos on the table. Fortunately, Jill was great and we'll keep eating at Longboards. Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos.

Nice waterside atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. Varied menu, and all tasty! Great service. Recommended!

Food was average in taste and execution. My jalapeno popper burger has way too much cream cheese that wasn't evenly spread throughout the burger, so you'd get none or a mouthful. My wife's Swiss and mushroom burger was flavorless. The food took a long time for just burgers and we ordered them medium rare and they came out medium well. Not major crimes but for 12-13 dollar burgers, very annoying.

The service was average, she was very nice but distracted. We ordered a thing of wings to share that never came. I usually don't rate a place on just one experience because every place has bad nights, but theirs seems like a motivation issue with the employees, front of house and back. That indicates management and ownership issues. It's a shame because the location is beautiful. This is on my "maybe I'll give them another shot" list.

I always receive excellent care at this restaurant. The staff is always very friendly and inviting. The food is always prepared exactly as ordered and I've never had a drink go empty before receiving a refill. Great environment and great food. Highly recommended!

Great fish tacos and huge crab cakes. Whole family loved it. Our sever Riley was super helpful and good with our kids.
