    They are still open you all. Food is always good. This is the place on Little Creek Road in Norfolk.

    Family-owned and laid back. Everything I have ate here is fresh. Best beef lumpia in Norfolk. Sinigang is good too. Really friendly staff. They close at 7 so get there early or call your order in in advance.
