Always.... always excellent service and food... always!
I've been eating there for 7yrs now.
I've never... never been disappointed..never!!! ????????????????????

I was a bit disappointed knowing they were moving to a new location. However, this new location is amazing and better looking than their previous spot. Will definitely be coming here on a regular basis

Although I don't indulge in eating it as often as I used to, I love Carribean and Soul food. My mother was an awesome cook and taught me the tricks of the trade. So I know how good-tasting ethnic food should be prepared. I ordered large portion oxtails, yellow rice, candied yams, and string beans. The oxtails were flavorful but I don't think I was given enough for it to be considered the large portion. Everything else tasted like it was from a box or a can with a little seasoning added to it. However, the food was hot and the employees were kind.

I really enjoyed my enjoyed my lunch at MP Island Café. I'd ordered rice & peas, curry chicken and collared greens. The food was hot with nice flavor and there was dessert available. In addition there is the grocery store attached in the event you want to do shopping for some items. The atmosphere is nice playing Caribbean music and the place was felling up nicely with people coming in ordering food to either sit down or carry out. The staff was friendly. The one thing I would like to see improved is the availability to napkins. I'd asked for extra napkins and I was given a stingy amount of napkins. It makes it hard to not get your hands messy while enjoying curry chicken unless eating with a knife and fork.
