It was really nice. The waitress Lauren was pleasant and professional. We are from New Orleans, and accustom to really good food and service. The ribs were tender and tasty, with the hickory sauce...... especially for the price.
Went to this place with a couple of friends when our ship pulled into Norfolk, since we dont have a car at this base we decided to just walk here since it was close. The food was decent and the staff were super nice and recommended what food we should eat... but the bartender was dope, super great conversation and super funny... ended up getting lit at the bar off of fruity mixed drinks. So I would reccomend coming here for a chill but fun time .
Amazing service and the crispy chicken sandwich had my mouth watering at every single bite. The broccoli and cheese soup is amazing, although they could make the broccoli a little softer...
The service is what sets restaurants like Ruby Tuesday's apart. Because the food is the same pretty much no matter which location you visit. In this case, we weren't taken care of. My drink (Diet Coke) sat empty for 16 minutes (at least). That means nobody came by to check on is. Later, my son's water sat empty for 8 minutes.
My order came with fries. No ketchup was offered.
It's the little things that set places like this apart. Sorry, this location was just average.
Pretty good. Eric the server was great and made sure that our dinning experience was great. The food was hot and fresh when he brought it out to us. Best experience and I will have Eric Walker as my server every time that we go and eat at Ruby Tuesday .
