Nice little place, Fried pickles was good but to thick, Brisket was AWESOME, But, No side, Just came with a pickle chip & one slice of their bread, Brisket needed at least one side for the money...
Very FRIENDLY STAFF...

I Personally would not call this a true BBQ PLACE....

Definitely a winner! Everything smoked and made in house! The Gouda Mac is on point. The Texas smoke sauce was my personal favorite, but the Memphis sweet, and SC mustard came in close behind. Pickles we're a nice addition. Their BBQ is smoked NC style! Really solid! The alive of bread was a bit random for me? Perhaps toast it, or provide butter for the bread? Overall, this joint is sure to be a local favorite!

So this summer my husband and I challenging ourselves to try different places in Norfolk instead of going to the same old spots over and over again . Omg let me tell you I'm so glad that we ran over this location it definitely will be a place that we return too often. We got there and was greeted by Austin which his spirit and smile was such a delight I asked if we could sit out on the patio to enjoy the summer night and he was gladly to assist us it was absolutely gorgeous in the back the lighting and plants just simply beautiful !!!! BUT THE FOOD O .M. G JUST DELICIOUS and the drinks were AMAZING !!!! I have no idea how I have grown up in Norfolk and this is the first time I've ever been to this place ????????????. Can't wait to go back

Some of the best brisket that I've ever tasted. So rich and tender and flavorful that I didn't bother even adding sauce (which is unusual for me). The potato salad was just average, so next time I will order extra garlic toast instead of a side dish. And as an added bonus, the staff could not have been friendlier.
