Best place in Cape Charles for breakfast! Friendly, efficient wait staff, great coffee and muffins!! Good menu selection for breakfast and lunch, also serving beer, wine, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and Kir Royale. We spent four days in the area, and had breakfast there every day. Dylan was our server the first two days, and was great.....friendly, efficient and had helpful suggestions.
Excellent turkey club, and great atmosphere. Very nice ambiance. Good little town to go visit when on Eastern Shore of Virginia.
My fiancé and I came here last year ate here everyday of our trip, had an amazing experience I told everyone how wonderful it was and couldn’t wait to come back. We came back this year and the server we had was just super angry the whole time so I thought okay might just be a bad day(I used to serve to I understand) so I sat there with no coffee for about 10-15 minutes didn’t upset me they were busy I UNDERSTAND. I came back today got sat outside was super excited cause it’s a brand new day and the same cranky server is our server again. We sat there for 10 minutes or more and she never came to get our drinks, so we left. Honestly I don’t know what made me think this place was so perfect cause honestly I don’t ever want to go back.
Excellent service. Limited but more than adequate menu for breakfast and lunch. Not open for dinner. Gluten free friendly. Enjoyed my gluten free, dairy free, vegan sandwich.
We visited Cape Charles on vacation with our dog, Maggie. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the patio, where dogs are permitted. The waitress was perfect, warm, attentive, accurate with our order. Best BELT! Bacon, two perfect over easy eggs, spring lettuce, tomato, on very good toasted bread. Husband enjoyed a big, malty waffle and sausage that he thought was spectacular. Reasonable prices, very busy on an early May Tuesday morning. Clearly, a loved place. They serve breakfast and lunch. Kitchen closes at 2:30 daily, but you can have desserts, coffee drinks, tea, until they close. Housed in a beautiful historic bank building, the interior has great character and charm.
