    The staff is always right on greeting when I walk on.. their uniforms are always clean and neat (unlike some I've been in).. they actually listen to your order and confirm back.. I just really like this store!

    Returned in May and June. A change in sandwich “artists” has taken a turn. Both times they were out of several bread choices, several toppings, and two cheeses.

    The three young men ware gloves, but act like it is to protect them from germs instead of protecting the food. They do not remove them even when using the register, open boxes, move stacks of empty bread trays, etc. they do not remove or change them to protect the food.

    When coached, they just said “sorry” and continued to cross contaminate the food. This happened with two different crews. Both teams exhibited similar behavior and inefficiency (wasting time) with handling a customer line.

    This said, they were polite, but appeared to genuinely believe the word “sorry” was a substitution for hustling and doing their jobs correctly.

    Three behind the counter with only one working the customer line. A forth young lady was struggling with prepping a bread tray. These two teams did not have a business acumen during these visits.

    One is left to challenge if their training has gaps. Because this is completely different than earlier visits, I will attribute it to seasonal staffing.
