(April 9, 2019, 1:46 pm)Chef Ed and his crew were beyond professional and friendly. The food was amazing as well! He worked with our small budget and we still got an amazing dinner and service. His love of what he does truly shines through. And the breakfast, it was the best light buttery croissant sandwich I have ever tasted! I can’t wait to be able to go back and try more!

I was recommended to call Chef Ed at Le Bistro and I could NOT be more happy about my decision. He is so nice and friendly, and is so amazing about working with people on a budget. He truly went above and beyond and I'm so grateful! The food was also delicious. HIGHLY recommend!
