Silk Mill Grille

Great spot! It's a super flexible place to eat. The back bar is pretty casual, but you could definitely bring someone for a "dressier" occasion to the main dining room. The food is excellent and not terribly expensive. My kids gobbled up their food from the children's menu, and there are a few arcade games in the bar to keep them busy. The service was great and we will definitely come again!

I am never disappointed with their food. Nice flavor with good portions. Their atmosphere is casual yet feels high end. There is also a patio area tucked in the back for outdoor dining with sunny or shaded seating.

Loved this old silk mill! Food & service were great. Icing on the cake was visiting this building with my elder relatives who worked in the mill as kids!

So interesting! Orange is historic, but you tend to think in terms of revolutionary war Civil War. You don't always think of more recent history like first World War. But that's where this silk mill really shone. The venue is unique with many accoutrements of the mill still in place. Food is excellent. The service was fine. I recommend this if I lived in Orange let's go monthly.

This restaurant is very good and historic. It used to be a silk mill. During the war the silk was used to make parachutes from the silk.
The restaurant is decorated with lots of pictures and tools used in the factory and in tools used by farmers.
The food is great. The service is wonderful and the people are always very friendly.
