If you grew up with The Duke family like I did, it's worth the stop.
There wasn't much going on when we visited, but this is definitely a nice little stop and a couple decent photo ops.
I gave it 4 stars only because we didn't get a chance to drive the General Lee... LoL
Very friendly staff. Awesome throwback if you grew up watching Duke's of Hazzard. There's a restaurant, museum, garage, gift shop, live entertainment, & opportunity to take pictures in the vehicles. Great for the entire family!
It truly enjoyed out vacation to Virginia! Had fun at Hazzard fest and visiting Cooter's!! Got some great stuff while we were there! I hope to return next year for the festivities!!
I really enjoyed Cooter's. They had the General Lee car there along with the sheriff's cars, (wrecked sheriff's cars). I also like the Confederate flag. That was about Government oppression and States rights. Nothing else!
This place is really cool. Great childhood memories. I did find it interesting that the General Lee outside had a Ford dash though. They also hold special viewing events here.
