I enjoy demolition coffee for the Eclectic Ambience and also they have much better food than Starbucks. They have Fresh Soups they make in house and bakery Goods baked that day. I've never had a salad a sandwich or coffee there I have not liked. And if you can't make up your mind if you want a coffee or tea you've got to try their dirty chai latte.
I also enjoy the indoor and outdoor seating areas and the fact you can bring your Pooch with you.

Had the Mocha Frappe. Really great! Also had an espresso...again, great. Tastefully set up and decorated, my only negative comment would be that the music could be of a more calming nature conducive to reading, studying, and talking. However, I will definitely have a return visit and bring guests☕☕☕☕

Excellent coffee!! I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese and it was perfect! Light and airy bagel instead of chewy. Service is counter order and the girl was very friendly.
Cool remodel of an old building. Very comfortable. Will definitely go back.
Got there about 10 am on Sunday morning. Not too many people, but, an hour later is was getting full..so go early

Demolition Coffee is more than just a charming coffee shop. My coworker and I went for lunch and while the food is a little on the expensive side, it was well worth it! I got the "blow torch" sandwich, with pasta salad as a side, and the soup of the day which was a basil tomato. The flavor especially was exceptionally good and the portion sizes were very reasonable. The environment was quite pleasant in a cozy coffee house way. Overall a great experience.

I'll start off by saying the coffee drink was spectacular. If that was all I got, it would be five stars. I got the bacon and eggs with toast, and tried to get a half portion of oatmeal for my toddler. The food was decent, but the bacon was really greasy. I was also told that they couldn't adjust pricing for a half portion of oatmeal, but they could give me a half bowl at the full price. Really? So I got the full bowl and wasted what we couldn't finish. With the touch screen technology and experience as a server, I find it hard to believe you couldn't just tap an item and mark it half off. There's a way if you really want. I might go back for coffee, but not the food.

UPDATE: Brooke, the GM, communicated directly with me after our experience in hopes of earning our business again. I appreciate her integrity and willingness to reach out. We will gladly give DC another shot. Thanks Brooke!
