Top's China Restaurant

I've never had an issue with them. Always loved everything I've ever gotten. Until today, so disappointed. Decided to try something new & it's completely wrong. & when I called to place the order they seemed upset that I was calling. I've been to this place multiple times over several years & would always recommend it. I will give them one more try before I decide if I'm done or not.

I would give this place 5 star.....BUT! Their customer service needs work especially with placing a call for pickup. I've done business with this place for year, but if they do value repeat and loyal customers why should I/ you keep doing business with them I can't say that a high paying customer is more valuable then but each time I place an order with then it over $60 dollars easy. Yet again foods great but customer service needs work! And Vaule your customers it will pay off in the long run!!! ...unless you are in it for the cash grab?

Food: better than local tops. Good stuff!

Got the chicken and broccoli combo. Don't know why or what it is, but the chicken didn't taste good. The pork fried rice tasted good like it always does. Don't plan on going back to this location.

Best Chinese food in Virginia period, I'm from New York City where Chinese food started in America. Trust me I've ate at every Chinese restaurant in this area and there food is very delicious and tasty cooked in fresh Grease . This place deserves better they need to expand to a more classic China setting , because this Chinese food is something you want to sit down and enjoy. There staff is very friendly and accurate with your orders.
