    Excellent general tso! Excellent vegetable pancit! They got Portsmouth on lock w/ the Chinese!

    I forgot to take pics huge plates of food I'm from new York so its hard to find a place that has some dope Chinese food price kind of high but I drive 45 mins to have this food then sit by the water off effingham street nd have a peaceful lunch or dinner 10 starts for them even with the high price it's so much more food happy eating

    If yourey shy off outward appearance you probably have already missed out on a lot of great culinary experience. Hay Hing is a Portsmouth staple located on Deep Creek Blvd. They have some of the best Chinese food in all of the 757

    Delicious food! We had the shrimp w/ broccoli and general tso's. Both came with fried rice and an egg roll. Definitely will eat here again. Food made to order and each meal more than one serving. Very yummy!
