Thai basil

They were busy when I walked in but got seated within minutes. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. It was very flavorful. I also got a bubble Thai iced tea, it was alright and tasted like the tapioca was water logged so the drink tasted watered down. Next time I'll have to try a spicy dish. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Great! Best Thai Iced Tea I've had so far on the East Coast. I was so glad to find a decent Thai place in the Portsmouth area. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Other Than places here tend to be greasy and bland. Thai Basil will set you on fire if that's what your like. The owner is very nice and will make you whatever authentic dishes you want. :)

We ate at Thai Basil in Portsmouth for the first time tonight but will not be the last time. The food was excellent - fresh, well seasoned and lathe portions. The prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner/chef/artist was a delight.

The food is high quality as well as the service. They made the best Drunken Noodles I have ever tried, with the perfect combination of spices and vegetables. I enjoyed every single bite. The salmon curry is also very good. The fish was very fresh and the portion was perfect. I would return to this place.
