Its a shame that Allens is essentially in the same parking lot, and have this big beautiful restaurant. While Allen's has some LOVELY people working there, who have been extremely nice every time I have gone there, and have a lovely atmosphere, New China absolutely blows them away in the food department. I cannot state enough how much I love their food and the family that runs it are the nicest, most humble people. 100% would (and do!) recommend them to anyone in Powhatan.
