Ever-changing staff makes your experience different each time. This location is great about 60% of the time, acceptable 20% of the time and horrible the other 20%. I actually had to tell a crew member how to make my wake up wrap tonight. It seems that staff isn't properly trained in all areas. Definitely not the best location, definitely not the worst.

This was the best customer service ever at a Dunkin Donuts. The lady who helped us was professional and courteous and patient! I am sorry I don't know her name. She was quick to fill our order, asked what we wanted in our coffees and later asked us how our drinks tasted!!! My Mom is now hooked on DD's apple fritters ???? they actually are filled with apples. I enjoyed my iced latte.

I go here often. The service is decent enough, great selection of donuts and am addicted to their breakfast sandwiches. Clean location. And well kept. I will definitely come back to this location.

I want to give this place five stars, but I've come here many times and they never have enough of the donuts I like, which is a little disappointing. I guess everyone in this area likes the same thing as me! Other than stock, I have no complaints about this place. The coffee is really good, and I do love their hash browns. The staff here is really friendly and they've always gotten my order correct.

You can purchase bagged coffee here as well as random travel mugs. I sometimes buy the coffee here to make at home, as the price isn't bad at all.
