    Sometimes a short review can say all you need.

    The jasmine rice here is the absolute best I've ever had. Whatever magic the owner has up his sleeves is nothing short of spectacular. I spoke with him in one of my visits, and he was very kind and we chatted for a few minutes on how he preps his rice, and so on.

    If I had a "must-visit" list in NoVA, this would absolutely be included. Kudos to the chef.

    Food is great. The owner is very nice. Been going here for years when ever I am in the area. Interior is simple but clean. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    This is a wonderful restaurant. Five stars on value. This is a bare table restaurant, you order your food and bring it back to your own table. It’s been around for 10 years and with good reason. They serve excellent kabobs and there is a falafel option for vegetarians. The Samboosay make a delicious starter and come in both meat and vegetarian options. Free hot tea is on tap. It cost us $25 for a very filling delicious meal for two. Lots of parking and easy accessibility. Highly recommended for folks that love great food at great value. We will be back!

    Good service. ASK FOR LUNCH SPECIALS. It will take a while to prepare the food like any other afghan place. Good food!
