Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Good burgers and the staff are usually good. When you get the bad staff member, the manager will take care of you though. The reason for the lower rating is that decided to make this family friendly restaurant into a not so family friendly restaurant. I have back problems and can't do a lot of sitting, so my family tries to sit at the high top tables at restaurants. This location decided to make that whole section adults only, and we were denied access to sit in that section. It actually confused me at first. I'm not sure how any section at a restaurant that has a person in a big red bird costume walking around talking to kids would decide to have an adults only section, but this location decided that was the way to go. The hopefully unintended consequences of decisions like this limits some of us with disabilities from enjoying a night out with our families. My family will not be returning here for that reason.

As burger joints go this is probably the top of the line in terms of chains. However when you can buy the same items in a combo pack for half as much it makes it a little hard to visit very often. None the less the food was tasty, the atmosphere comfortable and the service was very good. I would come back in another three or four months. Worth the trip just to remind you that there's someplace else. ~V.

I visited this location while on a work trip. This is the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. My server was attentive, friendly, and informative. Food was very fresh. I definitely recommend!

Sara was great. It was very busy, yet she remained attentive. The fries are, as usual, unlimited and delicious. The burger deals work great, especially if it's a group. Rewards card is easy to use. Would recommend.

It's a very crowded Red Robin. The tables and chairs are shoved in as much as possible and it's difficult to get around to get to your table, the bathroom, etc. Forget bringing a stroller or even a diaper bag because there is no where for it. I love the food. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes amazing, sometimes terrible. But my biggest complaint is the space situation. I don't like feeling crowded.
