I wanted to love it, but the vibe was weird. When we went in there was only one other person waiting on an order, we walked straight up to the register and ordered our food. My husband ordered a bagel sandwich with a chai latte and I ordered the eggs benedict with a regular latte. Our drinks were ready very quickly. As we sat down the line started to form, with about 4-5 people/orders walking in right as we sat down. I took photos because I like to add them to my reviews, but it also allowed me to check the times to make sure I wasn't just imagining it.

From order to table my husband's food took 20 minutes, and mine took another 10 minutes after that, so thirty minutes - I told him to eat but he wanted to wait for me, and then of course his food wasn't warm by the time my plate arrived. I'm not sure if it's just that the eggs benedict takes too long and maybe shouldn't be on the menu, or if they don't have a warmer so they bring things out as their ready - usually with meals on the same ticket places try to bring stuff out at the same time. I don't know if 30 minutes is reasonable for a fast-casual kind of place, but it seems kind of long considering there was only one person waiting ahead of us. It seemed like the staff were very focused on getting all of the drink orders ready that came after I placed my order, so maybe it's just prioritizing that is a little off.

PRO: Lots of plugs, so it's great if you need to get together with a bunch of people on laptops. I know that can be hard to find so definitely good for that scenario!

Unfortunately, I chipped a tooth on the rock-hard bacon under the egg in my sandwich, which is a bummer but can happen anywhere. Just kind of made the whole experience feel a little worse.

Additionally, there were biblical references around the shop. That's fine, and to each their own, but isn't really the kind of place I could recommend meeting my clients at.

I'd definitely go again to order a drink, the food was pretty good, but maybe plan to hang out for a while if you're going to order food.

The coffee is delicious and the food is even better. Absolutely loved the strawberry Poptarts. The dining area is also very cute (we found 13 koalas) and the food/drinks were ready very quickly despite how packed the shop was. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu items (and will always add a Poptart to the order because they were just incredible).

Very cute little coffee shop with a surprisingly good menu of breakfast & brunch options. Their pastries are soft and slightly sweet, which is nice. Their coffee selections are great. Highly recommend vanilla latte and iced cinnamon bun iced coffee.

I am both blown away at the quality of coffee and quality of food. This was my first time at Cuppi Coffee. The menu was overwhelming, I didn't know there were non espresso / caffeinated options, however, the staff let me know they could add espresso any drinks. The coffee doesn't taste burnt or overly sweetened compared to Starbucks. The food was a pleasant surprise. The food is much more filling and flavorful compared to Dunkin and Starbucks. Any true coffee enjoyer should definitely give this place a try.

    S - Tier coffee.
    A - tier coffee shop.

Cuppi Coffee's got my vote 👍🏾 enjoy the food pics!

I have enjoyed every food and drink I've gotten here. I particularly love the non-espresso lattes! I never would've thought they'd be my go- to, as I usually love espresso. They also have fancy-flavored espresso lattes! My mom and I have started going here every week together.
