Great place to try different kinds of burger styles. The small burgers were cooked properly, which is tricky. The shake and particularly the sweet potato fries were very good too

Ordering process took forever...online ordering not available...phone went right to voicemail so you can't call an order in.

I went in to order...stood in line for 10 minutes and then placed my in order. Sat at the bar...floor was strewn with napkins and straw wrappers.

Got my burgers home and they were OK at best (which is sad when you pay more for waygu beef).

This place needs to up its game and cleanliness. I will try again in a month to see if they have worked out the kinks...but in the interim...I will go back to Blue Ridge Grill....the service there and the ordering and pickup experience are much less frustrating and efficient and the food is excellent.

First time at this restaurant and really liked it!!! Great food and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great first impression!!

Food is great quality and delicious. Employees are friendly and their potato-chip looking fries are delicious. Pretty pricey tho.

Burgerim was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I have never been into this restaurant before so the order was a little different for me then a traditional menu in my hand. The staff was exceptionally patient and explained everything on the menu to me that I asked about. I forget exactly what I ordered because I'm writing this review over a month later but I do recall I seasoning that I for my French fries that was exceptional and delicious
