I was pleasantly surprised! I guess I was expecting it to be a little messy, sticky, loud... because of the kids. But it was very clean and orderly! The stuffed crust pizza was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great time with the kids, but remember (like all locations) always keep an eye on your tickets and play passes! They can get snatched quickly!

Went on a Saturday morning. Place was packed! Service was excellent tho. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered some food and it came out within about 15 minutes and was really really good. We got a large pizza, plain wings and cheesy bread. Games attendants came quickly to service machines that malfunctioned. Bathrooms were clean.

The food has improved from when I was a kid. The mascot is also much better! However the games were not great. The skiball has a fast timer that causes you to lose balls, they have 3 balls and you have to wait for a reset to redeploy the balls. The gold fish game also cheats you on balls. However you go here for fun, and all in all a good time was had.

We have been to this one a little more than thought. The staff has seemed to be very helpful each time we have returned. The pricing is a little high, the food is good. For the foot traffic they appear to have, they should be bigger and add at least another game attendant to help support the high demand times. Thank you.

I always come during the week when it's slow. I enjoy the polite and friendliness of the staff. I ate at the lunch buffet everything was fresh, hot and delicious. It's always clean here. The only issue is that people leave the customers unattended right when we need something we have to search for someone to help.
