(February 20, 2019, 1:05 am)Food is fine. It gets the job done. Service is great. We go there often not by my choice, but my father in law's. Huge problem: I have ordered baby back ribs FIVE times and not ONCE have I received them. They give you spare ribs instead. Every time I have asked the employee who tends the tables what the deal is they say "Oh, they will do that when they are out of baby back, but they are supposed to tell you." I was never told once. Granted, they do their best to make up for it in the end, but come on people. I would have ordered something else. Guess I will never know what their baby back ribs taste like.

(January 31, 2019, 6:14 am)Great atmosphere. Great food. Portion size wasn't a good value for the money. Had to go back and order more. First experience there. Will repeat to see if the guy prepared my meal was having a bad day.

(January 23, 2019, 2:08 pm)Not too shabby for a chain barbecue dive. Cheesy potatoes, mac & cheese, collards tasty as heck. Pulled chicken and pulled pork are good with a bit of tableside seasoning. Customer service is the best. Folks are warm and friendly and make you glad you came.
