Chick-fil-A

We were traveling and stopped here on our way home. They were busy and we used the app to order to our table. We placed two orders; one to stay and one to go. We ordered for five adults and two children
They checked with us to clarify some of the custom items on our orders. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and correct. They displayed the kindness and courtesy we have come to expect. Another happy dining experience for us and another home run for their staff.

This is the first 5 star rating I have given. The service is fast and friendly. The food is hot and freshly prepared. Although the drive thru line is around the building, I had my food within 5 minutes.

I had forgotten what good customer service feels like. They have a new loyal customer.

What can anyone say that could be negative about this establishment and the individuals that work there?? I'm not sure what kind of rigorous training the employees are put through, but let me tell you something.... their customer service is unmatched. PERIOD. I could go on for days about my adoration for the chicken joint of all chicken joints, but I will say that every last person that has ever served me as been so precious. 10/10
