Panera Bread

I have never been to this location. We entered at the and of what should have been the breakfast rush. There was one single line with 1 single cashier. There were 6 to 8 people ahead of us placing an order.

I was a little offended by this long Line. I was a little more offended by the length of time it took for us to reach the front of the line. I was impressed by the amount of time they care she had took to explain things to us and to acknowledge that she know the line was long ere our weight was abnormal.

Moving on from there, my sandwich was hot, but my companions sandwich was not. He had to send it back to be heated. After a sincere apology by the dining room server we devoured our sandwiches and departed.

This one is the best. These guys make my day in the morning and they also have the best coffee. Service is outstanding. Never had a bad experience!!!

Love going to Panera Bread. You get the same experience regardless where you go. Tasty, fresh and healthy food options. I live in NC but was in VA this week and had just as amazing experience. Keep up the good job!
