Carrabba's Italian Grill

Very long wait... but the food is decent, though, slightly over priced. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go again.

it kills me inside to leave this review. Carrabba's used to be amazing. it was the one chain restaurant I enjoyed going to that didn't feel chain like....... recently, undersized portions and sky high prices accompanied by over salted food. hopefully they can correct this.

The food was exceptional, but the staff was amazing. During the snow days I came in with my family for lunch, forgetting my wallet behind. After a sudden injury I wasn’t not able to move, nevertheless find my wallet. This restaurant was able to track down my cellphone number and inform me that they have my wallet secure for me. Even more, they offer to drop it off my home due to my injury. No money was taken, and I was truly happy how professional the staff were.

The service was excellent. Our server was on the ball with drink refills, getting more bread and clearing away empty plates and glasses. That is the only reason I gave this place 3 stars. The main dish I ordered was not the best. The seafood shrimp & scallops were over cooked, and not properly cleaned. The main course for my companion was small. If we are going to over pay for food I expect a descent sized portion. I also got the soup with my entree. I was lucky that I caught the bone in my chicken soup before I swallowed it. I am disappointed that it is so hard for the prep cooks to clean chicken off of bones. I will be hard pressed to return to this restaurant or another of its locations through out the country.
