Dropped in for first time around noon. Seating was open. Decided to occupy a bar stool since I was alone.
Ordered three chicken tacos. Chips and salsa were supplied well in advance of the tacos... which were out quick and still steaming. Tacos were great by themselves, but I did enjoy the salsa variations that were available.

Extra special for me were the tortillas... They looked like house made tortillas? I like that they didn't double up on tortillas like I've experienced at other restaurants.

Would like to have a third hotter sauce option. They said they can make some up special, but I'm not sure I want a hot sauce made with animosity, just something with a little more fire.

Overall a very pleasant lunch...I'll bring the family next time.

Super friendly staff!! Food was okay, meat inside was dry and I was not a fan of the mole sauce. The beans were good and rice was okay. The plate of food was very pretty though! I wanted to try the tacos but the prices were a bit high. You could either get 1, 3, or 3 with two sides. You could not mix the tacos either. I will most likely come back and try the tacos and hopefully they will have margaritas and beer.

We love the food truck and were super happy to see they opened a restaurant and were not disappointed. The location was a little off the path but so worth it. Everything was delicious and the staff super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Typically, I avoid brand new restaurants, since they're still getting the bugs sorted out. We decided to give this one a try, since it was already a successful food truck. Just wow. Never has my entire family been happy with a Mexican joint until now. The food is outstanding an ambitious, and lacks the overdone Tex Mex tropes of coating everything in piles of Colby. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will absolutely be going back.
