Botanya Restaurant

We had the most amazing time! So many photo ops with all the beautiful decor. A menu literally like no other! You will feel like you’re fine dining in the most amazing restaurant in Europe! The food is out of this world!

I had the pleasure of attending friends and family night at Botanya on Wednesday. This place is beyond compare! The ambience transports you from Carytown to the finest European dining experience. My friends and I sampled a bunch of dishes, all of incredible presentation and even more incredible flavor. I am officially obsessed with the prosciutto di parma croquette and the brussel sprouts. For an entree, I ordered fusilli alla vodka (the incredible aroma had me dig in immediately so I forgot a picture). A friend insisted I try her gnocchi e’ duck guazzetto, which hesitated since I had not had duck before, and I loved that as well! I cannot wait to come back and try some new items (and let’s be honest still have my favs too)! So excited for this new spot!

Atmosphere is wonderful! A beautiful space. Wonderful flavors with layers and some surprises both on beverage and food menu! Friends enjoyed the cocktails and two of us had mock tails made- which were delicious! Beets and Brussels really impressed the table. Enjoyed the mushroom Ragu, Chicken dish and the Lobster Risotto- worth the wait. A lot of scratch kitchen dishes, fun takes on some classic preparations, which adds to the overall atmosphere making this a great culinary and social space. Well done! Once they have time in the space and gel their service team… this is going to be a new Richmond fave!

Botanya is in Cary Town here in Richmond, VA. We had the chance to enjoy creamy croquettes as our appetizer with 2 special cocktails one with cognac The Prince Gala
and a delicious cocktail with cucumber based garnish. The staff was very professional and friendly. We ordered Zucca Ravioli and Lobster. Both items were very delicious. Will be returning soon. Definitely a must to stop by. Thanks Botanya!

Botanya was next level! I loved the entire experience from the kind staff, the beautiful interior down to the plate ware, to the cocktails, to the food, and the dessert! I’ll be back again asap!
