Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed an online order, I watched the tracker that tells you when your order is in the process, so I left home in time to arrive early. Got there found a place to park continued to wait for the tracker unit it said my order was ready. Proceeded to go in redid the waitress nicely. Ask about my order which was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Watched it come up and she still did not call me to the register to get my food. Taking mine now I had paid for my food before I got there all she had to do was hand it to me if you did not even do that.

My server was excellent, 5. She was the only one on her side. She was courteous even though she was busy. Even the bar side was busy and the bartender was excellent, 5. I'm giving a 3 because of lack of respect from the manager, watched a customer walk out and he was rude. It was Chicken Wing Day. Oh yeah, the wings were still good, 5.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I especially like their wings. I like the downtown environment of this location BUT... there are several issues with it that keep me from rating it higher. Even though it's a downtown location parking is always a challenge. If you can't find street parking, you'll have to pay exorbitant amounts for short times. Additionally, every single time that I dine there I have a problem with my order. It either takes much longer than promised, they get the order wrong or it's sub par. On my most recent visit the wings had hardly any sauce on them at all. By the time you get home and look at your order it's too much trouble to go back. I will give them one more try but "Fool me four times, shame on me".

I ordered online and requested my food to be ready at 720. Needless to say it wasn't. I also requested and paid for traditional wings and when I checked my bag before I left, low and behold I was given boneless wings so I had to wait for them to correct it. My food once it was correct was good but they have to do better with service.
