Cafe Rustika

Traveled to Richmond for work and was glad Yelp helped me find this place. A local spot with limited seating. When you get there, the food does not disappoint. The schnitzel is served in many ways and I don't think you can go wrong either way. Huge portions and delicious sides. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

Really great experience, the bartender and server were super friendly, quick, and I loved that they repeated every item ordered in German! The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, made for a really warm meal. Food and beer was great and filling, we had to take home plenty. Can’t wait to go back and get dessert next time!

Food was absolutely amazing!! Great hole in the wall bar with a cozy atmosphere. The servings are worth the cost of the meal and the drinks all taste awesome! Only criticism is the service was a little slow but it’s only two people and there’s a bar and like 10 tables to service. Highly Recommend!!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The schnitzel was wonderful, as were the sides. The service was friendly. It felt like you were at your friends restaurant. Definitely a place to try!

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I would love this place. Met with a warm welcome and a sense of pride for the culinary delights I was about to experience. Solid selection of German imports and wine to start. The menu is full of all the favorites and everything sounds delicious. The portions are overly generous and full of flavor. I would have no problem saying this is the best German food in Richmond, and probably the region.
