    It's so hard to find Dominican food in Virginia so when you do you expect it to be good. Caribe met the mark. We will definitely be returning the next time we head to the VA hospital.

    Even though Caribe is mainly a Dominican Restaurant, I visit to enjoy the Mofongo, which is originally from Puerto Rico, where I'm from. Service is good and I requested Salsa Music and they were nice enough to play it. I had the Shrimp Mofongo in Creole Sauce. Mofongo could have used a bit more condiments and salt, but texture was perfect and shrimp were plenty and delicious.

    Real good service. Great food prices for the amout of food they put on your plate. I was eating for three days.
