Qui's Cafe

I had the pleasure of eating here last weekend while visiting a friend in Richmond. I always try to find locally owned soul food restaurants whenever I’m traveling. I was very much impressed with the food, customer service, and ambiance of this establishment. The owner came out to greet my friend and I and chatted a bit. Everything was awesome!! I recommend the wings (I had the cherry pineapple) Mac & cheese, collards, and whipped banana pudding. Thank you to the owner and staff for making my visit memorable. I will definitely be back. I am a very picky eater so when I went there I was a little Skeptical But the owner made me feel very welcome with a nice Atmosphere the food is good everything tasted so fresh and well seasoned differently will be coming back evrytime I am in VA

I'm a former chef and I gotta say, this stuff is fire, money, on point, smoking, slapping, whatever you want to call it. It's cooked to perfection. Good food needs time, and these guys understand that it's not about getting you the food yesterday and expecting you to love it. They take the appropriate time to put love into the food and it shows.

Best place I've eaten in years, and sad to say, it's netter than my cooking. I guess that's what restaurants are for. To get stuff you never dreamed of having at home. Well if I'm dreaming eating here, don't you dare wake me up. Nomnomnom.

Honey barbecue wings are so good. And the 7up cake is a must have. Sorry it didn't make it to the photo....lol.
