The Big Kitchen

I ordered 7 lbs of chicken bbq for a birthday party and it was some of the best chicken bbq I or many of the guests had ever had. Service was super friendly and they even threw in some additional bbq sauces for us to try. Overall just a great experience and I can wait to try some more from the menu!

The Big Kitchen is phenomenal! We have tried 5 meals and two pizzas so far. Everything is delicious. Super easy from ordering to eating. No waste. Going to pick up more food today. Thank you to the amazing staff that brings this all together and are always smiling.
Just tried the smoked salmon cakes with the fried rice. Wow! They are fantastic and delicious the lemon sauce really makes the flavor pop. I enjoyed the fried rice the flavor profile is very deep and rich. I did not have the sauce for the rice but it was still good.
Looking forward to our next order.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, the portion size was generous and the service was fantastic. We received a warm greeting when we pulled in and found a handwritten note attached to bag thanking us for our first visit! Thank you!

I was expecting a standard fare meal. What I got exceeded my expectations as even my pretty unskilled self assembled my meal successfully and I enjoyed it as much as I do when I order delivery. Everything was fresh, green, crisp, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. What a lovely thing for us richmonders to have.

Wow. This was my first time here so I decided to get a couple different things. First, I got the pulled chicken BBQ, and I selected the white sauce to come with it. Ends up it was an Alabama White Sauce I had at one the chefs former restaurants. I was over the moon about it. Second, I had the fried rice. It was different from what I expected but it was packed full of flavor and will be a staple in my orders in the future. Lastly, I got some bread and butter house made pickles. They were absolutely phenomenal. All of the instructions for reheating were simple and gave the option of quick (microwave) or slower (in the oven) which is always a nice choice. Also, the process of ordering online and picking up in the drive thru was effortless and quick.
