The Mill on MacArthur

Great local place. Good beer selection and interesting cocktails. Always check out the specials, the ultimate grilled cheese is fantastic. If they have cream of mushroom soup, get it.

This experience was simple. Went for some drinks with a friend at the bar. It was quite dead on a rainy Sunday evening. All was well. If you are looking for a good place to eat, they have some decent options. A good burger, good pastas. It's not going to blow you away if your used to Richmonds food. If it blows you away, you should get out more. BUT, you can still have a solid meal and a good time

Great neighborhood spot with yummy food. Specials throughout the week, Tuesday pasta night is a great deal. Friendly staff with a chill ambience. Small space so sometimes it's hard to get a table.

The Mill is my go-to spot for nearly every situation. Brunch, work lunch, catch-up with friends - it fits nearly every bill and has a variety of menu options so everyone is covered (gluten free, vegetarian/vegan, etc). Plus the staff are the absolute nicest and food is delish. Epitome of a neighborhood gem.

Good food, good service. Sometimes good draft beer (small variety but changes regularly). Great coffee (Lamplighter) The staff are friendly and welcoming. Inexplicably, the kitchen won't serve salad with dressing already on (only on the side). This is annoying since it's not practical to toss a salad on one's plate at the table. Since I always get a vinaigrette, it ends up separating in the little cup...????
