Lindsey's a big part of the experience here. Not only is she a great waitress, but she sincerely enjoys the people she serves. My son loved her from the beginning. Our food was amazing. Highly recommend... And ask for Lindsey!
Must have been an off day. Saw several potential customers walk out because no one ever showed them to a table, I get the impression they are understaffed and poorly organized.
Giving three stars because the food was good and the server was attentive once we had a table.
Love this place. My daughter and I come here every time we are in Roanoke VA. Never had a bad time. We get the crab legs and pulled pork nachos. This is the only place we have eaten at that we have never had a bad crab leg, they all crack perfectly and the meat never sticks to the shells. We try to eat here at least once every 2-3 months and usually end up spending $100-150 each visit, we get lots of crab legs. In fact we will be eating there this weekend at least once.
Great service! Lindsay was an awesome waitress who took her time to give me her amazing insight on the area. In addition, a great recommendation on the tuna! The clam chowder was also a taste of sunshine to the tastebuds! I definitely recommend giving it a try! Matt from Jersey
Usually a great experience. Service is awesome. Very friendly. The place is generally pretty clean. I come alone sometimes and eat by myself and I love the fish sandwich served on a really tasty kaiser roll.... yummy. I eat here occasionally with my boyfriend too and he loves the shrimp and crab legs. He always says they’re tender, fresh and he loves everything. Really good, honestly. You must give this restaurant a shot. Awful Arthur’s is a must for seafood.
