Basil pizza Roanoke

Basil must have pizza down to a science 😀
The crust is perfect--buttery, crispy, light. Sauce is flavorful, but not overpowering. And topped off with the perfect amount of cheese!

Fried pickle chips were also perfect 👌 And the service was great!

Roanoke City is blessed to have this delightful, delicious restaurant. So many wonderful choices! Love the veggie pizza! The pepperoni roll was sinful, the Greek salad dressing was on point! Cant wait to try the chicken swarma!

This place is on Williamson rd. It's pretty decent pizza and kinda surprised me. I would say top 5 in Roanoke for price and quality of pizza. This is kinda hard one for me.I love Pizza and Burgers and am very particular about them. So when I say top five in Roanoke don't get it confused with top 5 of all time. Top 25 maybe but for here it's a good pizza.

First time trying Basil Pizza and this is hands down the best pizza in town. I am so glad to have found this little gem since my favorite place for pizza closed. NEW fave, anyone?! The dough is packed with flavor, toppings are fresh and baked to perfection. The calzones are delicious. And you can't NOT try a dessert at a new restaurant; The baklava is so good! Very authentic and served sweet memories to my taste buds! Service was exceptional from the moment we walked in, treated like family even on a carry out order. The owner even came out of the kitchen to introduce himself and talk for a few minutes. This will definitely be a new regular for our family.

I love this place for various reasons. The inside of the restaurant is always super clean and organized. The staff is very nice and offers lots of help when looking at the menu. The owner is genuine and friendly, came up to us to check on the food, we were grateful to meet him. I also love that this place is open at night, perfect for weekend take-out.

Lastly, the food is AMAZING, we had the chili cheese fries and one of their steak roll-ups things, both exceeded expectations. Prices are reasonable. Overall, definitely check out this place, I would recommend!
