    What can i say? Its Dunkin'. Pretty good service while i was there. Felt a little sorry though because it seemed like there was only one oerson working and 5 customers came while i placed my order.

    The guy behind the counter was very helpful with my app order and upgraded my frozen hot chocolate to a large. Even tho he was the only one behind the counter he still got my order out in a timely fashion!! I would definitely recommend it to others!! Keep up the great work Dunkin!!!

    Unclean and orders weren't prepared right. Not stirred. Really felt like he didn't like his job. Coffee cake was good though.

    Megan the manager is very professional and extremely nice. Got some munchkins a few weeks ago and they weren't what I was expecting. I called and asked about it and and was informed they had changed. Even though I'm not from Roanoke and wasn't going to be back through for a couple of weeks she took my name and said come back by next time through and we will take care of it. Went by today and they had my order exactly like I anticipated and it was even waiting for me. All the employees had excellent customer service and was always friendly and polite when I called and went in. Keep up the good work.
