Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

After having less then acceptable experiences at other golden corrals, we decided to give this location a try. We were very please with the customer service that we received at this location from the time we entered. Tanya was always on top of tending to our table from refilling our lemonade to taking away used plates. The variety of options on the buffet was better than any other locations that we have been at. Our food was fresh and well prepared. We would recommend this location to others.

Adding review details after reading owner feedback. I was working my side gig that funds my travels, Grub Hub, and had an unpleasant experience with one of the male staff members working. I picked up an order and proceeded to leave. Noticed special instructions from customer requesting "itemized receipt", went back inside. The cashier was happy to help upon asking but asked me to give him a sec since he had customers. There was an employee standing at to go counter holding the receipt. I walked over and asked "could you help me with this". The guy's tone was loud, hurried, agitated, and unprofessional. He seemed inconvienced.

Anyone working in any customer service related field, including Managers, should employ higher standards within themselves when engaging with others, or, find a job you sincerely enjoy. Don't talk to people just any kind of way because your day has been stacked. My brief interactions with staff and customers as an occasional driver is typically really positive.

I will conclude by adding that I have dined here with my family and wait staff has been warm, pleasant, attentive, and professional. This is a to-go order specific incident with a high, 4 star rating.

This is a place I can get a variety of vegetables. I am vegan and this is a good choice in a pinch when there are no vegan restaurants around. And you can get good fresh fruit as well. now mind you they do put meat in their green beans and in their greens, but you don't have to get that if you don't Want food that touched meat. But the food was good and it was fresh and tasty.

In the past my experiences have been debatable at best. However, I met one of the front managers today, George. He was kind, pleasant, easy to talk to and he took a genuine interest in every one of his customers. He was also very positive when speaking to his employees and coworkers. That, my friends, is real management! ❤

By far the best golden corral I have ever gone too! Fantastic customer service! The staff were polite, and attentive with a smile, the food was fantastic, and very reasonable prices! The toilet seats could be a little better though. Other than that, love it here. I wish I lived closer by!
