Its McDonalds and you expect good food, service, and cleanliness. I tried the new self order station for the first time
It was a little intimidating and hard to read (think huge screen and information in every corner). I was surprised that they delivered my food to my table and it was hot, tasty, and correct. Cant beat it for the convenience and location next to the Berglund Center in Roanoke VA.

I frequent this location(maybe 2-3 times a month?) and my food is always fresh, hot and served fast. Today on my visit, the registers were completely down. Rather than turning away customers, or saying they could not help like most other chains would do, they offered one free meal per customer. This was a huge act of kindness I was really thankful for. The leader, Jay and the new girl who had only been there for two days handled it like champs(there were STILL people complaining) / as far as I’m concerned, this is the best ran location there is for miles. Thank you guys so much ❤️

On 5-31-19 I stopped here. Was hesitant about it because of all the bad service I have gotten from other McDonald's (Verona) anyway my food was hot made the way I asked and delivered in a timely fashion. Employees were kind. This took me back to late 70s early 80s growing up and what I ordered tasted like I remember as a child. To all that was working that shift...Thank you and keep up the good work. I will be in again!!!!

We asked for sweet tea and got unsweet. The chicken nuggets were old and dry. The cashier was very nice. It was his 3rd day on the job, and he was very friendly and patient.
