Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great food and great drinks, but hospitality could be worked on. The hosts were very rude and wasn't showing any effort in welcoming you into the restaurant. If I was management I wouldn't be happy with the service they are providing and be working on fixing the issue quickly.

Our waitress was great and our food was great, but the manager... Bennett was his last name, was a creep. He kept looking at my wife weird, and was just creepy and it made enjoying our meal a little difficult. He also seemed short with people. But other than that, we had a good experience and the food was great!

Objectively speaking, Olive Garden is not on my dining list except for when I am visiting my retired parents who love going for lunch here when I am in town. I must say, this location does a great job with service, special requests and the extra attention which is required by people of advanced ages and with the resulting mobility challenges. Staff is always courteous, helpful and patient - which is very much appreciated! Food is fresh, served at appropriate temperatures and deliverdon a timely basis. It makes an afternoon lunch pleasant enough, which isn't always easy.

My party and I came in tonight to celebrate a Birthday. Our experience was perfect thanks to the exceptional service we received from Amber! She was very kind and attentive! Always one step ahead of the game, making our dinner flow well and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend requesting Amber if you choice to dine at Olive Garden. I also absolutely loved the new renovations to the restaurant! Soo sophisticated and upscale!

We had a terrific waiter. She gave us excellent service. She was attentive, but not a pest. Our food was served quickly and our glasses were never empty. This was a very good dining experience. The food there is good, but not excellent.
