Papa John's Pizza

It's okay for a pizza chain. They need to pay more attention to the special orders though as they've gotten it wrong many times.

Staff very nice even though I was one of "those people" and ordered 15 minutes to closing time. Thanks guys!!

I usually love Papa John's Pizza very much. But the red headed night manager was very impatient and rude. I needed help using the app on my phone to get discount. After I asked him how long it was going to take he handed me my phone back and refuse to help me and or give me the discount. Needless to say I left the pizza there and reordered it with the discount and have someone else pick it up. It was good but I worried about whether they spit in my pizza or not.

I just went there today and got the small pizza and drink special. Let me just say, I don't normally do reviews but Jennifer is exceptional. It was so refreshing, you don't normally expect such service from a fast food/pizza place so I really felt like Papa John's needed to know how lucky they are to have her. This was my first time at this location, I had tried ordering online but it didn't give the option for what I wanted so I went in to order. She was beyond courteous and helpful, not only with me but with every customer she interacted with while I was waiting on my pizza. Again, wasn't expecting this- she was working alone but still manged to be polite and friendly to everyone. I didn't even have to wait longer than normal for my food and everything was wonderful. If there is any type of special recognition for excellent employees I hope Papa John's will award it to her.
