    entered near eleven, it wasn't packed. it has a nice atmosphere. menu is similar to a restaurant in jacksonville i loved.

    I am a total fan of their drive thru. I must say, I have only been inside twice, but each time the line was short and the staff was nice. The drinks are always perfect. I really love the drive thru, because the staff is super cool and polite. Just a heads up, anytime after 9:30am is better than the morning rush. Your patience WILL BE tested if you visit between 7:30am - 9:30am.

    An amazing experience from entrance to exit. I tried all kinds of drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods.

    The employee named Will deserves a promotion as he graciously helped me to feel at home, answered all my questions and explained how the rewards card and star points system works. Now I'll be ready to test out my new skills next time I go in for a refuel!

    I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location for anyone considering checking it out.

    This particular Starbucks is my favorite. The workers are so super friendly and helpful. I'm a rewards gold card member and when it messed up they were very helpful and patient. They have actually never messed up my order but I'm sure if they did they would fix it without a hassle. Definitely recommend this specific Starbucks in the Roanoke area.
