    It is super good the chicken has lots of flavor and the rice was not to hard and not to soft

    I work in Valley View. I've been by Teppan Japan several times. Usually the food is pretty good. The Thai tea is great, as another reviewer wrote. The only thing I don't like is the woman working here is always so anti-social and unfriendly. I am very friendly and I say hello to her and try to ask how she is doing. She always ignores me and one time she gave me a dirty look, like I was bothering her. I think the owner "Yao", is her husband. I wish she would lighten up and be friendlier. It could be she just doesn't know how to speak English, but that's no excuse to ignore people and look at them like they're annoying you. That woman makes things very awkward.
