(April 30, 2019, 4:43 pm)The service was great here! Walked in with our youth group, a total of 17 hungry people all on one ticket. I'm sure it was a challenge to get everything right but they rose to the challenge and did a great job! Keep up the good work!

(March 17, 2019, 1:21 am)Inconsistent. Was at this location 6 days ago. Everything was good. Service. Clean. Food That was because the manager was there. Today the cashier was friendly and food was good. But not clean and there was a major safety hazard. 5 or 6 rolled floor mats were on the floor at the pick up window. People had to walk on and stand on them to pick up their food. NOT GOOD. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY'D ALREADY BEEN OPEN FOR 90 MINUTES !!!

(March 5, 2019, 3:45 am)Being from the Chicago area, I’d never been to a Zaxby’s before. I wasn’t really sure whether to expect something delicious or some greasy mess. What I found was some good chicken. It’s the best chicken you’ll find at any fast food restaurant. The price is also great. The decoration here was cool as well and made for a nice dining experience.
