Thunderbird Cafe

This was my 3rd visit and I'm still loving the food and the service. Its a little small but homey. I never expected small town service in such a location but I felt right at home. Kids enjoyed it and I look forward to my next adventure at massenutten because this is my place of choice for breakfast and lunch! 5 stars!

We had a pleasant brunch here! The food was delicious! I definitely recommend and would return! Servers were friendly and helpful. Food came out fast and hot.

Wow. What a place. Thunderbird Cafe is amazing. Best meatloaf and mushroom gravy I'm the world. Servers are attentive and polite. Great place to stop in. Wonderful food and service. Plenty of parking and near massanutten resort. Go there......now! You will love it!

We've been in town 5 days and we've eaten here 4 OF THOSE 5 DAYS. We cannot get enough of this place and are so sad to leave! First off, their breakfast items are not only amazing, but creative and unique in themselves. You seriously cannot go wrong with any of the breakfast options. We would know, we've tried almost all of them! Next, the dinner items are savory, classic, and have their own creative spin at the same time. The Reubens are a traditional classic, but Thunderbird definitely has a variety that gives you a classic with a cool twist. I highly recommend the open faced turkey sandwich with gravy. Brings warmth to your soul with a holiday classic. We're leaving town, but when we come back next year, we'll be sure to stop by with our family for them to try.

Interesting menu! This is my pick for most interesting menu so far. The food is also something with a twist. We have eaten here for 2 years now when we vacation. Twice in a week both years. It is a fun menu and you will find things on it that you most likely won't find anywhere else. Also, when you get hot tea, you get a variety of great herbal teas to choose from! ???????????? The coffee is also good. We are picky because we know good coffee. ???????? Fresh baked goods are available as well. It's a cool memory for us thinking back on our visits here and looking forward to our next menu experience.
