I had been craving a Philly cheese steak for at least 3 days before I wound up here. The place was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A great place to pop in for a sandwich, in particular a Philly cheesesteak!

They went above and beyond when it came to my online order. They not only greeted me as i walked in the door, obviously with a not so happy look upon my face, but the manager quickly came out to fix an issue. I explained the situation and, without hesitation, she compensated the entire order even though i was not looking for free food and told her that she didn't have to. Just for things to be fixed. She was very apologetic and so was the employee who made a mistake. They treated me so kindly and even apologized. I wasn't angry, just frustrated and tired. It also opened my eyes as to them being human and a simple mistake, which wasn't the end of the world, to which it humbled me. I actually needed that. That in and of itself was what i needed. To the staff who worked Sunday evening, thank you so much.
