    My wife and I have been going to the Edelweiss Gasthaus for years and we have never come away dissatisfied. Ingrid and Eddie treat you like family and most of all the food is AWESOME!

    CASH ONLY!!! Now that that's out of the way... this place is great! The food is excellent, the service is great! I would recommend calling for a reservation, and allotting an hour and a half to two hours. They take their time, and it's worth it to be patient. As far as I understand it, they are only open on the weekend for lunch and dinner.
