El Jalapeño Mexican grill

On a road trip to VT & Just stopped for lunch. Wasn’t too busy the time we came which was great because we had a trailer and needed to take up some spots. Staff was very accommodating to that request!! Food was great! There is no freezer so everything is made fresh every day! Authentic and yummy!! Definitely stop if your passing through and hungry.

The food here is fabulous! I will go any time I'm near. Wait staff was friendly and prompt. Food is fresh, sauces are great. Great value, Kudos to the chef.

Our meal was fantastic. Everything is home made and from scratch. We stopped here on our way out west, and the waitress was super . If we make it out this way again, we're definitely stopping again. We even got some extra food to go, for the next days lunch.

Absolutely amazing food for the price with wonderful staff that put in the extra time to make you feel welcome. I adored the dip off of the menu and would definitely recommend anyone with a taste for Mexican. Definitely a highlight ever since I moved to Strasburg a couple of months ago.

An update to my previous review. The food seems a bit salty now. It’s to much for me, But I’m sure the chef would alter that if I asked.

Another thing I really like about this place is the respect between the waitstaff and the kitchen staff. I love the fact that the owner if the wait staff isn’t right at the door will say “welcome” from the kitchen. It’s all very friendly and very respectful. The food is delicious being prepared right on the spot. The biodegradable boxes really mean a lot to me. If a person cares enough about the environment to provide a biodegradable box he certainly must care enough about his food to give you the very best. The loaded nachos are delicious and I love the tacos.

Everything we’ve had so far was really tasty. The owner and his family are very nice. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad this is close by so I can eat there often.
