Lisa and her family have been serving the Fredericksburg area for well over the past decade. The atmosphere provide along with the quality of their food should be an industry standard. Also, those crispy rolls are to die for.
Love the food, Love the Pho. I have eaten there 7 or 8 times. Lately I ask the owner what to eat and I'm not disappointed. The wife and I always shares.
Pho Saigon was pretty good. I ordered combo Pho, the flavor of the broth was good. The ppl there were nice and friendly. Plan to try it again.
Had a ton of the “crispy”-type appetizers and two entrees, one based on garlic/ginger and one with basil and vermicelli. Absolutely loved everything. The kitchen is working 100 MPH to serve all the table diners and whipping out takeout orders to boot; what we ordered came out in big potions broiling hot. Very friendly and impressively fast service with delicious food.
Love, love, LOVE! The food is incredible, all so fresh and delicious. My go-to is seafood noodle soup, but all of it is amazing. I could eat a hundred garden rolls, and that peanut sauce is spot-on. The staff is very family-centered, you can tell how much they love each other and their jobs. I could go on forever, but 100% recommend going in and seeing for yourself. One of the ladies was SO SWEET to my young son, teaching him how children eat the noodles - he went to dinner without ever seeing a chopstick, finished up looking like he'd used them his whole life. I was so touched by how sweet she was, you just don't see that kind of love in restaurants very often! Fabulous place, just wonderful.
