“This is by far my favorite restaurant in the Fredericksburg area. Owner Imelda is so sweet and knows many of the customers my name. I have never been to this restaurant where I was not personally greeted by her or her son, Alberto. They work as hard as any of the staff which is amazing for management. More managers should be this way. They act like a big family welcoming you into their home. The food is fantastic. I find myself craving the steak and chicken fajitas and chips and incredible house made salsa constantly. The prices can’t be beat and the food is even better. Give this place a try – you definitely won’t regret it!”

We suddenly wanted fries and he made them fresh for us and brought them out to our vehicle. “First time at this location. I was ordering for 5 kids and 4 adults and wasn't sure about new menu items. Jessica took my order and not only did she make terrific suggestions, but read back my order slowly to give me time to make sure I remembered everything. She double checked the bags to ensure everything was inside before handing my food over. She even made sure to check that I got my nephew's fire sauce! Great accuracy. Fast speed. We walked in opening day being a little busy, but our order was taken and made very quickly. The portioning was great, and the quality of the ingredients were fresh. As someone who HATES mayo I've often had to return my sandwich but they are really good about it..... only an issue if someone else orders or I am rushing and don't check before leaving. Only writing a 4 star over 5 because I am noticing more issues when I pay cash. Today was one of those days and hope this will help get it addressed. Tried to explain that I had change owed to me but the cashier seemed completely aloof. Due to the amount of the change I was trying to get just left as it wasn't worth the frustration or the customer (s) behind me. I don't know how this would be addressed with out hurting an ego or two but if it had been more than some coinage I would probably have been more annoyed. Good luck ????”
