Ghana Jollof Spotsylvania

I had the goat with rice, egg, and spinach. It was the best food I've ever had in a mall food court.

Pleasantly surprised with this find! I got the #6 Jollof w/ jerk chicken, black eyed beans, and plantains. Everything was DELICIOUS. She also gave me a small scoop of the spinach & mushrooms to try and it was so good. Will definitely be eating here again!

Today, I ordered some delicious food made with pure love and effort. I ordered the peanut butter soup (with rice). I’ve had authentic peanut butter soup before, and this is exactly it! Those working were also very kind and personable. I hope to go again next week to try the peanut butter soup with fufu. Really, I look forward to trying everything on the menu. Thanks for the special treat! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. (Yes, the portion sizes are plentiful and good for sharing at lunch time or a nice big dinner for yourself).

100% will not eat anywhere else in the food court now. The two ladies there are so sweet and their food just as good. I got jollof rice and curried chicken and my mouth just wants more

I ordered: Oxtail, jollof rice, veggies with boiled egg, and a side of Stewed Spinach.

Pros: Everything had great flavor!! The rice was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the spinach/egg as well!

Customer Service was amazing. The young lady at the counter was so sweet and kind! I felt like I was appreciated as a customer!

Cons: While the spinach was delicious, it was a bit too oily for my liking. I drained alot of the oil out before I ate it.

The oxtails, while delicious, could have used a bit more cooking to reach that fall of the bone tenderness.

All in all i was pleased with my order and will be back to try other dishes!
